I am an Engineer Officer up to 3000 KW in all waters (III/1) + Cook Islands Chief Engineer up to 3000 KW (III/3) + MCA A.E.C. I'm looking for a new opportunity on yachts as a Chief or Sole Engineer. I have worked on commercial ships, sailing yachts and motor yachts as Chief and Sole Engineer. I have experience in repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, overhauling, service and operation of marine engines, flag and class surveys, new build, refit, delivery and am also an experienced welder. I have experience with different sizes of the commercial ships and yachts. Also different brands and power of the engines. I have until recently been working for an owner on a private and charter yacht and am now available for an immediate start in a new position. I have professional experience of over twenty years and I would like to use all of my engineering skills in my workplace. I am a non smoker and non drinker, diligent, hard worker and loyal employee and believe that my experience, knowledge and willingness to work extended hours will be an asset to any company.
