We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Third Stew to join a ground-breaking 65m+ new build. This project is defined by a passion for sailing and a high-energy, sporty atmosphere. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who is eager to thrive and grow within a demanding, fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Working within a streamlined interior team of three, the Third Stew must be a versatile and proactive “all-rounder.” Because this is a high-performance vessel with a focused interior volume, you will be expected to maintain the highest standards of detailing and service while working closely with your superiors. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is diligent, eager to learn, and capable of managing daily logistics with professional grace.
Candidate Criteria:
• General experience: 2 seasons of experience on vessels of a similar size is highly preferred.
• Sailing Background: Candidates MUST hold sailing experience (even if brief).
• Mindset: You are an energetic professional who is happy to take direction and work collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
• Attributes: A “can-do” attitude, physical fitness for a sporty environment, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Details & Benefits:
• Start Date: May 1st, 2026.

• Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 DOE
