A prestigious 80m+ Private|charter motor yacht, currently cruising the Mediterranean, is seeking an Officer of the Watch Unlimited to join the team in mid-August.
This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Officer of the Watch Unlimited to join a busy charter programme and develop valuable bridge experience while gaining a thorough understanding of deck operations.

€4,500 per month salary
8 weeks on / 8 weeks off rotation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Officer of the Watch Unlimited Certificate of Competency
A minimum of 3–4 years’ experience on 60m+ yachts, or commercial maritime experience as an officer looking to transition into the superyacht industry
STCW Basic Safety Training
Valid ENG1 Medical
B1/B2 Visa
Crowd Management and Crisis Management & Human Behaviour certificates are desirable but not essential
The role will be primarily, a deck role with a couple of hours a day in the bridge during guest operations and holding a watch during crossings.
It is an ideal role for someone looking to build practical bridge experience while remaining actively involved in deck operations aboard a world-class charter yacht.
