Stewardess/Hostess – Luxury Power Catamaran 67′

JOB OFFER: STEWARDESS / HOSTESS – LUXURY POWER CATAMARAN 67″
Base: Salerno (Italy) | Guests: 8 | Crew: 3-4 | Contract: Seasonal (Maltese Contract)
We are looking for a refined, energetic, and highly organized Stewardess/Hostess to join the crew of a brand-new Power 67. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in creating a warm, luxury atmosphere and possesses a “hospitality-first” mindset. You will be the primary point of contact for guest comfort and interior excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Providing silver service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Expert cocktail preparation and wine service are highly valued.
Interior Management: Daily meticulous cleaning and detailing of cabins and common areas (Saloon, Galley, Flybridge) to maintain “five-star hotel” standards.
Provisioning: Organizing high-quality provisioning, managing the galley inventory, and coordinating with the Chef (if present) or managing light meal prep if required.
Event Planning: Organizing theme nights, table settings, and floral arrangements to enhance the guest experience.
Laundry: Managing onboard laundry and ensuring linens and towels are always fresh and perfectly presented.
Requirements & Conditions:
Mandatory: Non-Smoker.
Certifications: Valid STCW Basic Training and a valid Food Hygiene/HACCP Certificate.
Experience: At least 2 seasons on luxury yachts (60ft+) or high-end boutique hotels. Experience on large catamarans is a plus.
Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. Italian and French are highly desirable.
Appearance: Professional, neat appearance with a discreet and polite demeanor.
Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit crew.
