The Head Chef is looking for a candidate with an established shore-based background, bringing any fresh ideas, and if you are particularly good at making bread or desserts would also be great as he will work with you to hone those skills and bring fresh ideas. You can be new to the industry, as he will be training you to step into his shoes when he is away on vacation, which means you will be cooking for the guests. Self-motivated and looking for a long-term role, you must be a definite non-smoker which includes no vaping and ideally you like to lead an active and healthy lifestyle, as the crew like to go out exploring and are all sporty and active.
Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2, PDSD and B1/B2 in hand.
