Hello Sailor are looking for a Sole Engineer
37M PRIVATE J-CLASS SAILING YACHT.
Start Date & Location: ASAP, Spain
Itinerary: Single season Med based
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Minimum AEC1
Candidates with MEOL, EOOW and/or Yachtmaster Offshore preferred
Skills:
Strong sailor
Excellent skills in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering
Hotel systems knowledge essential
Complex yacht engineering experience
Happy living in close quarters with the team
Experience:
3 years yachting experience
2 years on 24m+ sailing yachts
Plenty of sole engineer experience essential
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This incredible newly refitted J-Class is seeking a Sole Engineer to join the crew of 9. The ideal candidate will be a passionate sailor and an experienced engineer, and must be happy living in close quarters with the rest of the team. Please note the engine is <350kw. This is an amazing opportunity to join an absolutely iconic sailing yacht.
