Sole Chef – 35m Charter Yacht – ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join a busy 35m charter yacht based in Naples, with an ASAP start. The next charter begins on 9 July.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Sole Chef on a similar-sized or larger charter yacht.
Ability to manage provisioning independently, without the use of provisioning agents.
Confident in creating bespoke menus tailored to guests’ dietary requirements and preferences.
Strong charter background.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Contactable references are required.
A portfolio with photos of previous dishes is a plus.
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a dynamic, multinational crew.
Due to the current cabin arrangement, this position is suitable for a male candidate only.
Salary: €6,000 per month DOE.
