✔️ Seeking an experienced Mate to join a 116’ foreign-flagged Ocean Alexander with a professional, team-oriented crew. Private program. Candidates should have solid deck experience, strong tender handling skills, and be willing to assist wherever needed, both on deck and with occasional interior support. This is also a great opportunity for a motivated deckhand ready to step into a Mate role, as training will be provided for the right candidate. The yacht operates seasonally between Boston and Palm Beach with a relaxed private program and an excellent owner. The vessel does not travel extensively, and all departments work together to maintain a positive, team-focused environment. Private cabin. Seasonal or full-time candidates will be considered. Salary DOE.
