Second Stewardess

Requirements:
• 1–2 seasons of yachting experience
• Valid STCW, ENG1, and Seaman’s Book
• Strong background in service, housekeeping, laundry, and silver service
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both required)
• Additional courses and certifications are a plus

Role & Responsibilities:
• Assist the Chief Stewardess with guest service
• Rotate duties with the Third Stewardess, including laundry
• Maintain high standards across all interior operations

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong, friendly, and dynamic personality
• Proactive with a positive attitude
• Team player with excellent work ethic
• Drama-free mindset is essential – no tolerance for disrespect or negative behavior onboard
• Must understand that this is a hard-working boat with high standards
• Established, long-term crew onboard – candidates should be adaptable and respectful of existing structure and ways of working (this is not a boat to come and “reinvent the wheel”)
