Seasonal Deck/Stew with experience for private motor yacht

✔️We are seeking a Seasonal Deck/Stew with some experience to join a 24m Private Motor Yacht on a temporary contract from 01 September 2026 until 30 October.
While there is no planned guest usage during this period, the vessel will be attending 2 Boat Shows, where the successful candidate will assist with vessel presentation and guest viewings.
This is a dual-role position requiring a proactive, hands-on crew member who is equally comfortable with both interior and exterior duties. Some of the duties that you can expect to fill are as follows: Housekeeping, Laundry, Provisioning, Guest viewings and assisting with Washdowns, Mooring, Anchoring, Tender Driving and general Deck duties.

Start date: 01 September 2026 in Italy
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, FSHL2 & PBL2
Visa: Schengen
Salary: Industry standard DOE
Leave: 35 days per year
A candidate with PWC & YM will be considered advantageous!
Additionally, we are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who contributes to a good atmosphere onboard. The aim is that the successful candidate will join us next year for the full season.
