Seasonal Chef

SEASONAL CHEF – 35M S/Y – HEAVY CHARTER PMR Recruitment are searching for a Seasonal Chef to join a 35m performance charter sailing yacht operating in the Mediterranean. The yacht runs a busy charter program from May to October with a crew of 5 and a Chase boat driver who lives on the chase boat.
This role would suit a chef who thrives in a charter environment, is highly organised, and enjoys producing fresh, light Mediterranean / Italian-style cuisine. You will be responsible for creating well-balanced, high-quality meals for both guests and crew, preparing sample menus, and catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements. Experience on sailing yachts is essential, along with a strong commitment for the full season.
The position has traditionally been seasonal, however flexibility may be considered for the right candidate. Start date ideally March 2026 in Mallorca.
