• Title: ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF for a 65m+ private and charter motor yacht.

Vessel Details:
• A 66m private and charter motor yacht is currently seeking a rotational (2:2) Head Chef to join the vessel in the Med from the 28th of August!
• Operating a well-balanced dual-season programme between the Mediterranean and Caribbean, the yacht enjoys a solid cruising schedule, with approximately 5-6 weeks of charter and 8 weeks of owner use throughout the Mediterranean season.
• This is a 2:2 rotational position offering an excellent work-life balance, with the successful candidate working alongside the current Head Chef who has been onboard for 5 years.
Position Overview:
• This is an exciting opportunity to take over a well-established galley onboard a professionally run yacht with a fantastic crew culture.
• Working alongside a Sous/Crew Chef, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing exceptional cuisine for both owners and charter guests, with a focus on fresh produce, simple food executed exceptionally well, and adapting menus to suit individual guest preferences.
• The yacht is looking for a Chef who leads by example, integrates well into the crew, and brings a positive influence to life onboard.
Requirements:
• You must have previous experience working as a Head Chef onboard private and charter motor yachts, with confidence across a variety of cuisines and strong charter experience.
• The ideal candidate will be guest-focused, approachable, and placing as much value on being a great crew member as they do on producing outstanding food.
• Male and female candidates are both welcome to apply for this role.
• You must hold valid B1/B2 and Schengen visa/European passport in hand and be available to join from 28th August.
• The package includes a very competitive salary per month which is completely DOE (in EURO), a 2:2 rotational leave package, and the opportunity to join a highly regarded programme with a supportive team, excellent owners, and a balanced cruising itinerary.
