Rotational Chief Engineer – 55m+ Private Sailing Yacht

Location: Italy
Program: Shipyard period in Italy for winter and Caribbean early 2027.
Position Type: Rotational (10:10)

Requirements:

· Ideally Y3 Chief Engineer, however candidates with lower tickets will be considered depending on experience due to the private program.
· Minimum 2 years experience on large sailing vessels.
· Strong sailing background essential including experience with mandrel furling systems.
· Candidates should have strong leadership skills as there is a 2nd Engineer onboard.
· Fluent in English
· Non-smoker
· Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book for non-EU passport holders.

Additional Info:

· 10 crew onboard (mixed nationalities).
· Salary DOE
· Standard MLC SEA.
