Rotational Couple Opportunity – 57m Private/Charter Motor Yacht

A fantastic opportunity has become available aboard a professionally run 57m private/charter motor yacht for an experienced rotational couple.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-run vessel with a supportive owner, excellent crew culture and a 2:2 rotation.
We’re Looking For Couples Who:
Have previously worked together onboard
Have experience on 50m+ yachts
Have both private and charter experience
Deliver exceptional guest service
Thrive in a professional, team-oriented environment
Are seeking a long-term opportunity
B1/B2 visa preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
Captain: Master 3000GT
Chef: Please note this is not a sole chef position. The successful candidate will work alongside a Sous Chef.
Start Date
Late August / Early September 2026
Shortlisted couples will be invited to meet the owner onboard in the Mediterranean as part of the final interview process.
