We are currently recruiting for several positions on a 54m
Private Motor Yacht operating in the Mediterranean and based in Cala del Forte, Ventimiglia (Italy).

Chief Engineer (Y3) – 54m Private M/Y – Permanent – Mediterranean
Permanent position for the right candidate
Salary: €7,000/month
Crew of 11
Engines: Caterpillar
Total propulsion: 2446 kW
Working alongside a Second Engineer
Requirements:
MCA Y3 Chief Engineer (<3000 kW) or equivalent
Valid STCW & ENG1
Experience on 50m+ yachts preferred
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

Second Engineer – 54m Private M/Y – Seasonal (Med)
Seasonal contract: 15 April – 15 September
Possibility of permanent position at the end of the season
Salary: €3,800/month

Crew of 11
Engines: Caterpillar
Total propulsion: 2446 kW
Working under an experienced Chief Engineer
Requirements:
MCA Y4 Engineer Officer of the Watch (<750 kW) minimum
Valid STCW & ENG1
Previous yacht experience preferred
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
Hands-on and proactive attitude

Stewardess – 54m Private M/Y – Seasonal (Med)
Seasonal contract: 15 April – 15 September
Salary: €2,500/month
Interior team of 3 (Chief Stewardess + 2 Stewardesses)
Private yacht / Mediterranean operation
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, service or laundry
Valid STCW & ENG1
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player with attention to detail
Good presentation and service skills
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping and cabin service

Guest service and table setup
Laundry and wardrobe care
Interior cleaning and organization
Assisting Chief Stewardess in daily interior operations
Professional, motivated and detail-oriented stewardess sought to join a friendly and well-structured interior team.
