We are seeking an Lead Deckhand to join an exciting 85m+ new build private motor yacht.
The vessel is currently in the shipyard, offering a fantastic opportunity to join the program during the build phase and be actively involved in deck setup, equipment selection, inventory management, and the implementation of onboard systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys contributing beyond day-to-day operations and taking ownership from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will be confident leading the deck team and capable of stepping into the Bosun position when rotation requires. This is not an ego-driven role; we are looking for someone who leads by example, motivates the team, ano maintains a positive and professional outlook on yachting. The successtul applicant will hold a valid Yachtmaster certification and have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a deckhand on vessels 60m+.

Candidates must be highly proficient in tender driving, watersports operations, and guest interaction during trips.
Additional qualifications such as diving certifications, watersports instructor credentials, carpentry, or other practical trade skills will be viewed favourably.
