First Mate seeking employment on 35m+ Private Sailing Yacht

Start: ASAP
Location: Mainland Spain
Program: Shipyard period in Spain for the winter. Mediterranean for the summer.
Position Type: Temporary or Permanent.
Requirements:
• Candidates should ideally have a YM Offshore in hand.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience on similar sized vessels.
• Sailing experience is essential.
• Able to manage contractors and work independently in the captain’s absence.
• Confident with deck maintenance and painting.
• Shipyard experience essential.
• Fluent in English.
• Non-smoker
• Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book for non-EU passport holders.
Additional Info:
• 5 crew onboard (mixed nationalities).
• Salary DOE
• Standard MLC SEA.
