Start Date: 10th September
Contract: Temporary (until mid November), could turn permanent

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and hands-on First Mate who is after an exceptional mile building opportunity.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Captain to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the vessel while maintaining high standards of guest service, deck operations, and crew professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Captain with the safe navigation and operation of the yacht.
* Take responsibility for day-to-day deck operations and maintenance.
* Assist with anchoring, mooring, tender operations, water sports, and guest activities.
* Assist with passage planning, watchkeeping, and bridge duties as required.
* Support guest activities and provide a professional and friendly service.
* Maintain excellent communication with the Captain and other departments.
Requirements:
-OOW 500
-Proven experience in a First Mate or senior deck position on a similar-sized yacht.
-Appropriate STCW qualifications.
-Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate.
-Strong knowledge of deck operations, seamanship, and yacht maintenance.
-Professional, organized, and proactive approach.
-Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
