First Mate/Engineer Wanted for 82ft Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a motivated and experienced First Mate / Engineer to join 82ft dual season sailing yacht. Yacht spends the winter in Antigua and summer in the med. The yacht is currently completing an extensive refit near Barcelona and will shortly be crossing the Atlantic for the Caribbean charter season. The Position: * First Mate / Engineer on a professionally run 25m sailing yacht * Hands-on responsibility for deck operations, maintenance and engineering * Support charter operations and guest activities * Work closely with the captain in a small, professional crew Requirements: * Strong sailing background and good seamanship * Yachtmaster Offshore or equivalent preferred * Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills * marine engineering background desirable * AEC 1&2 preferred * STCW and ENG1 or equivalent * Previous experience on similar sized sailing yachts preferred * Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership We are happy to consider candidates with a particularly strong engineering background who are looking to further develop their sailing qualifications.
