Experienced Deckhand seeking for a prestigious 72-meter private yacht

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deckhand to join the professional multinational crew of a prestigious 72-meter private yacht.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the yachting industry, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain the vessel to the highest superyacht standards.
The Package
Salary: €3,500 per month.
Rotation: 3 months on / 1 month off (fully paid).
Bonus: Annual New Year bonus.
Travel: Full flight coverage for rotations.
Additional: Tips from boss trips
Requirements
Proven Experience: Significant previous experience working on large yachts (50m+ preferred).
Professionalism: High standards of deck maintenance, tender driving, and guest interaction.
Certifications: All mandatory STCW and ENG1 certifications must be valid and up to date.
Work Ethic: Ability to work well within a large team and maintain a positive attitude during high-intensity periods.
