✔️DECKHAND required on 40m+ motor yacht in Italy. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join a well-established private yacht. Start: 20 September. Salary: DOE within guidelines, generous package on offer! Experience: 1–2 seasons minimum. Rotation: Potential 3:1 rotation on permanent contract. The ideal candidate will have strong practical deck skills and proven experience driving 10–12m tenders. The successful candidate will be expected to take on additional responsibility throughout the season, including leading the deck team at various points, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop and demonstrate their leadership abilities. REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 1–2 seasons’ yacht experience
* Proven 10–12m tender driving experience (essential)
* YM Offshore preferred
* Previous Lead Deckhand experience highly advantageous
* Strong deck skills and a proactive approach
* Professional, reliable and team-oriented. Following a successful trial period, there is potential for the right candidate to transition into a full-time permanent position, including:
* 3:1 rotation
* Annual training/course allowance
