We are currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join an 85m+ Private/Charter motor yacht with a world-cruising dynamic program and an exciting itinerary ahead The yacht is currently cruising Central America before heading to Europe for the Mediterranean season. Multiple charters have already been secured, and the program traditionally performs very well with charter tips. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of one full year of deckhand experience and longevity in previous roles. The ideal applicant will be a confident tender driver with experience operating multiple 10m tenders, including both single and twin screw setups. Strong competency in everyday deck duties such as washdowns, teak scrubbing, and general maintenance is essential. A B1/B2 visa is required. Big yacht experience would be advantageous, and additional skills in watersports, fishing, or diving would be highly beneficial. Salary: 4200USD DOE Rotation: 3:1 📩 l***@***.com Good luck ☘️
