Good evening !currently hiring for the following position! Season: April | Seasonal position Travel: Mediterranean Summer Sailing Match is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Deck/ Stew to join a 77ft (23m) private family sailing yacht on a seasonal position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sailing background who enjoys a mix of deck duties, interior maintenance, and service. The program is family-oriented, relaxed, and respectful, with the family dining ashore most of the time. Cooking skills are a plus but not essential. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew on an actively cruising yacht with a great itinerary ahead – with Med summer. What We’re Looking For: Strong sailing experience, confident on deck 1 season Superyacht minimum experience Previous Deck/Stew or dual-role experience Eye for detail & pride in keeping the yacht spotless Flexible, positive, and service-minded attitude Team player who enjoys variety in their role Role Highlights: Seasonal contract with a med cruising Relaxed, respectful family program with light service duties Salary aligned with experience and industry standards This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in presentation and detail, and loves life at sea.
