A 33m private motor yacht is urgently seeking a seasonal Deckhand/Engineer to join the vessel ASAP!
Having recently arrived in the Mediterranean onboard a transport ship, the yacht is preparing for the remainder of the season and is looking to strengthen the crew ahead of an exciting programme.
Based in Italy, the yacht operates a Mediterranean-only private programme for a lovely family and offers a fantastic onboard environment. Whilst the initial contract runs until 31st October 2026, there is a strong possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across both the deck and engineering departments.
The successful candidate will assist with all day-to-day deck operations whilst supporting the engineering side with routine maintenance, technical checks, and the smooth operation of the yacht’s onboard systems.

The requirements,
Candidates should have previous experience working as a Deck/Engineer onboard motor yachts, with strong engineering knowledge considered essential.
The yacht is looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and capable of integrating quickly into an established crew.
You must be available to join around 13th August and you must also hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand.
