CHIEF STEWARDESS Seeking for Private Motor Yacht Couple Position

• Vessel Details:
• A 30m private motor yacht is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess, applying as a couple with a Captain, to join in the Med ASAP.
• This is a purely private family programme with plenty of owner use, balancing busy family trips with quieter periods onboard.
• Currently in Gibraltar, the yacht will attend the Cannes Yachting Festival before heading to Greece. She will remain Med-based until October 2027, before being shipped to the USA for a three-year Bahamas programme.
• The owners are a large, active family with diving, water sports and time on the water forming a major part of the programme.

• Position Overview:
• The successful candidate must be applying as part of a couple with a Captain, with a permanent Captain position available onboard for their partner.
• This is a hands-on Chief Stewardess position leading a two-person interior team, working alongside a Junior Stewardess who is already onboard. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the overall running and presentation of the interior whilst providing guidance, training, and support to the Junior Stewardess as she continues to develop.
• The role will cover all areas of the interior, including service, housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, inventories, and guest preparation, with the potential to also take responsibility for onboard accounts.
• The yacht is looking for someone mature, organised, career-focused, and genuinely interested in becoming part of the programme for the long term.

• Requirements:
• Candidates should have 3-5 years of previous yachting experience, with proven experience in a senior interior position and confidence overseeing all aspects of a private yacht interior.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience managing yacht accounts would be advantageous.
• The crew are particularly active and enjoy diving, hiking, fitness, water-sports, and exploring destinations together, so someone with similar interests would integrate particularly well.
• Candidates must hold a valid Schengen visa or European passport for the current programme.
• The package includes up to 90 days’ annual leave, a 13th-month bonus, full medical cover, and worldwide flights for the right candidate.
