We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer / Hybrid First Mate to join a 50m private/charter motor yacht based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is equally comfortable leading deck operations, managing the deck team, and working alongside the crew on deck.
Requirements:
• Minimum OOW (Yachts <3,000 GT) STCW II/1
• Chief Mate <3,000 GT or OOW Unlimited preferred
• Strong deck operations and leadership experience
• Previous experience on 45m+ yachts preferred
• Valid STCW, ENG1, and all required certificates
• Candidates must already be based in Florida (preferred), with the legal right to work in the U.S. (valid U.S. visa or Green Card).
Package:
• Salary from USD 5,500/month (DOE)
• Fort Lauderdale-based
• Private/Charter program
• Immediate start / ASAP
