PMR Recruitment are searching for a Chef for a 36m private and charter sailing yacht.
We are looking for an experienced chef to join a 36m sailing yacht operating with a crew of 5 (7–8 during delivery). The yacht runs a mix of private and charter trips and offers a relaxed, family-style environment. The owner values high-quality dining and enjoys fine-dining service, silver service, and Michelin-standard cuisine, but generally prefers a flexible, easy-going approach to meals.
Requirements:
STCW, ENG1, and Food Hygiene certification
Previous charter experience
Ability to manage provisioning and sourcing ingredients efficiently
The start date is ASAP
The itinerary includes joining in Costa Rica, and on to the pacific end of April with a charter in Tahiti in July.
Due to the requirement of sharing a two-berth cabin with an existing female crew member, this vacancy is for a female candidate in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Occupational Requirement).
