✔️Captain – 33m Commercial Motor Yacht
G-YACHTS is seeking an experienced Captain for a 33-meter commercial motor yacht, based in SOF
Immediate availability required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Required Certificates
• Master 500GT Certificate of Competency
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• STCW refresher certificates, if applicable
• ENG1 medical certificate
• GMDSS GOC
• ECDIS certificate
• Radar / ARPA certificate
• Bridge Resource Management
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• Medical Care on Board Ship
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
The Ideal Candidate
• Previous command experience on similar-sized commercial yachts
• Strong knowledge of yacht operations, safety, compliance and crew management
• Confident with owner communication, suppliers, marinas, agents and management company reporting
• Good technical understanding and strong organisational skills
• Discreet, composed and professional in all owner-facing situations
• Able to manage commercial yacht operations and maintain high standards on board
Profile
We are seeking a professional and experienced Captain capable of managing the yacht safely, efficiently and to a high commercial-yacht standard.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Calm and confident command style
• A proactive approach to operations, maintenance and crew structure
