BOSUN – 50m+ New Build Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a private 50m+ New Build Motor Yacht ahead of delivery and first Mediterranean season.
Position Details:
• Mediterranean-based, single season
• Permanent contract | 38 days leave
• Salary: €4,250/month
• Start date: End of May
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in yachting, including 2+ years as Bosun on 37–55m yachts
• Charter experience preferred
• EU resident / valid Schengen access
• All certificates up to date
Certificates:
• STCW
• Navigation Rating Certificate
• ENG1
• Powerboat Level 2
• PWC License
• Driving License
• PADI is a plus
Strong deck operations experience required, including tenders, watersports equipment, deck maintenance, and leading the deck team throughout the busy summer season.
