PMR Recruitment is currently searching for a Bosun to join a stunning 50m Classic Sailing Yacht.

Salary: DOE
Leave: 60 days per year
Start Date: ASAP
The yacht is currently based in Palma and has an exciting worldwide cruising programme planned over the next 12 months, including the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South Pacific, and New Zealand.
We are looking for an experienced Bosun with strong sailing knowledge who enjoys being part of a true sailing programme and working within a close-knit professional crew.
This is not a vessel where the sails are simply pushed by buttons. The yacht requires active participation from the entire deck team, including manual sail handling and hoisting. You will be joining a well-sized deck team where everyone gets involved in sailing operations, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys sailing and wants to be part of a traditional sailing yacht programme.
Requirements:
• YM Offshore minimum
• Previous sailing yacht experience essential
• Strong deck maintenance and tender driving skills
• Leadership experience and ability to manage deck operations
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Team player with a hands-on approach
• Passion for sailing and working on a classic yacht
