38 meter commercial Motoryacht Engineer/Mate/Deck/Stew

✔️38 meter commercial Motoryacht, Malta Flag, looking for the following crew : • Engineer (Minimum 750 or 3000kW capacity). Must be willing to be pro-active helping on deck when required for toys activities and bridge watch. Salary experience based, around 5-6 K with 3 month leave per year.
• Mate (Yachtmaster Offshore or equivalent (must have) and AEC 1+2 (preferred) Responsible for Deck upkeep and operations, as well as managing the Deck-Stew or other crew members when working/ helping out on Deck. Opportunity to learn bridge operations. Salary experience based, around 4-5 K with 3 month leave per year.
• Deck/Stew (must have minimum a PB level 2). Job split usually 60-40 on deck when no guests and 40-60 interior when guests on. Must be able to learn driving our 10 meter/twin outboard chase tender for when the yacht goes into port and to engage the tender tow. Seasonal position May-November, salary 2.8-3K pm, 2.5 days leave per month+bank holidays.
