2nd Stewardess

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a well-established 50m private motor yacht with a crew of 10 (3 interior).
The vessel operates primarily in South Florida and the Bahamas, with a summer season planned up North this year.
Trips range from relaxed family cruising to programs that can mirror light to medium charter intensity.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2-3 years’ yachting experience
Strong service skills and confident guest interaction
Able to hit the ground running in a busy interior program
Experience in service, housekeeping, and laundry
Comfortable assisting the Chief Stewardess with interior organization and standards
Ability to train and guide a junior stewardess
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Calm under pressure and proactive
Team player with a hands-on approach
Comfortable assisting on deck during docking (confidence with lines is a plus) Flexible and adaptable
The owners appreciate consistency and high standards, so this role would suit someone detail-oriented who takes pride in maintaining established systems while supporting the Chief Stewardess and helping lead the interior team.

Open to all nationalities; must have all certificates up to date, as well as the required B1/B2 visa, Greencard, or rights to work in the USA.

Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Florida.
