✔️ We are looking for a temporary Lead Deckhand/Bosun for 37m Explorer Yacht currently in the Med. Joining asap in Crete.
Qualifications required: RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, AEC 1&2, STCW, ENG1, PB L2.
The includes – competitive salary, a 5-day work week – with weekends & public holidays accrued as days in lieu + medical insurance.
Complete crew of 7 (primarily Kiwis & Aussies).
The successful candidate will need to be:
• Experienced in all aspects of exterior maintenance (steel hull & alloy superstructure)
• Experienced & capable in watchkeeping
• Physically fit & strong, with good energy & work ethic
• Team-player – assisting the engineer when required & providing leadership to deck/stew
