I am an energetic and enthustiastic person with a fun –loving and outgoing personalitıy, who rises well to challenges. I have spent alot of time travelling and dealing with the public in general which, I have totally enjoyed as it gıves me satisfaction in knowıng that they have been satisfıed, and had a trully enjoyable experience.
I am a very sociable and friendly person as well as being confident and have the ability to make people feel at ease in my presence.
I was born in Northern Ireland and later went to university in England. I am now living in Fethiye/ Turkey.

Was responsible for serving the clients who had chartered the yacht. My dutıes were to serve
food and drinks and generally ensure that they were satisfied as well as enjoying their experience.

Hostess..Santa Maria……Malta
I was responsible for not only serving the clients but also, the choosing of wines and devising the menues as well as ensuring that all had an enjoyable holiday.

2005 -2007

Hostess Afridity…….Greece

Training other hostesses was also part of my duties as well as choosing the wines and helping with the choose of cheeses and deserts.

1998 - 2004

Hostess. Baywatch…….Portugalş

Hostessing and devising the menues as well as finding various games to entertain the children of the two families onboard. I also organised cheese and wine evenıngs, wıne tasting and entertainment.

Established my own wıne bar and restaurant . In addition to outside catering events.

I was responsible to the hireing and training of staff. The selecting of wines and generally ensuring that the restaurant ran efficiantly and that the customers were satisfied.

I was working initially as a trainee waitress and later was promoted to the position of Head waitress…İ was involved aslo with outside catering function.
