2nd Stewardess Position – on a 40m Private boat
📍 Location: Monaco
✅ Start: 1 November
We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a yacht operating in the Mediterranean.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the yachting industry and be confident rotating across all areas of the interior, including laundry, housekeeping and service.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and is comfortable engaging with both guests and crew.
A good team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to get involved across all aspects of the interior is essential.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• STCW & Eng1
• No alcohol, no smoker
• Positive attitude and team worker
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
• Mandatory Russian/German language + English (mixed crew)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all laundry operations (crew & guest)
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the vessel
• Assist the Chief Stewardess with guest service and daily operations
• Support docking procedures when required
Package:
• Permanent contract for the right candidate
• Leave: 30 days per year
• ⁠Salary: €2,700
