✔️Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position: • Title: DECKHAND for an 80m+ private and charter motor yacht. • Employment Type: Permanent (60 days leave progressing to 90 days). • Salary: Industry-standard salary on offer. • Location: Mediterranean. Vessel Details: • An 80m+ private and charter motor yacht is currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join the vessel ASAP in the Med! • This is a long-term opportunity within a large deck department and would particularly suit someone who has already established themselves in yachting and is serious about progressing their career within the industry. • The position offers 60 days’ annual leave, increasing to 90 days after completing one year onboard. Position Overview: • The successful candidate will work as part of a large deck team and should be comfortable contributing across all areas of deck operations, with particular importance placed on tender driving and watersports. • The yacht is looking for someone mature, professional and motivated, with an excellent work ethic, strong attention to detail and the ability to integrate naturally within a larger crew environment. • A broad range of additional skills would be particularly valuable. Experience with fishing, diving, kiteboarding or other watersports would all be viewed favourably, as would someone with additional guest-facing skills such as DJing or music. Requirements: • Candidates must have a minimum of one year’s previous yachting experience and demonstrate a clear commitment to developing a long-term career within the industry. • Previous tender-driving and watersports experience is required, alongside strong practical deck skills and excellent attention to detail. • Additional qualifications including PWCI, Yachtmaster or diving certifications would be advantageous. • You must hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand. • Start date: ASAP! 📩 f***@***.com Good luck ☘️
