v• A 43m private and charter motor yacht is currently seeking a Bosun to join the crew from 24th/25th July in the Caribbean.

• The yacht operates an active program throughout the Caribbean, cruising between the Virgin Islands, St. Martin, St. Barths, Antigua, and Barbados, combining owner use with a successful charter schedule.

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit crew aboard a professionally run yacht with excellent charter potential and a positive onboard atmosphere. Fantastic Captain onboard!
Role Overview:
v• This is a hands-on Bosun position within a deck team of three, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the exterior alongside the Chief Officer.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for leading deck operations, overseeing maintenance, assisting with tender operations, and ensuring the exterior is maintained to a high standard throughout both private and charter trips.

• The role would suit someone who is energetic, well presented, and enjoys working closely with both guests and crew in a busy Caribbean program.
Requirements:
v• Candidates should hold a Yacht Rating certificate or higher, together with a valid PB2 qualification and previous tender driving experience.

• Strong maintenance skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to lead by example are essential.

• The yacht is looking for a fit, healthy, and personable individual who is confident interacting with guests whilst maintaining a professional standard at all times.

• You must hold a valid B1/B2 visa in hand to be considered, be a non-smoker (including vaping), and preferably have no major visible tattoos.
Package:
v• The package includes a competitive salary DOE, standard days, paid travel expenses, and excellent charter tips, averaging approximately $3,000 per month.

• Start date: 24th/25th July.
