SOLE CHEF required on 50m+ motor yacht in Croatia

A Head Chef is required to join a 50m+ private/charter motor vessel in Europe. The ideal candidate will be available to join the vessel +/- June 4th in Croatia.
The season will consist of 4 weeks of owner trips in Croatia, and 5 weeks of charter in Italy and France.
There will be a 3 month shipyard period between September-November, before the start of the Caribbean season.
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef, who is happy to provide meals for both guests and crew onboard.
The ideal candidate will be organized, and able to remain calm when under pressure.
They must be adaptable in regards to guest preferences and dietary requirements, and maintain a positive and professional environment in the galley – including excellent hygiene and food safety.
The Chef should hold experience in international cuisine and fine dining.
