Sole Chef

✔️Looking for a Sole Chef on a 35m Private/Charter based in Imperia.
Start date: ASAP
End date: 15th October
Salary: DOE
Male due to cabin arrangements
Minimum 1 year of proven yachting experience as a sole chef
Strong background in high-end, land-based restaurants
Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit crew of 7
Comfortable catering to a variety of guests, preferences, and culturals
Skilled in accommodating diverse dietary requirements (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare high-quality, creative meals tailored to guest preferences
Manage provisioning, inventory, and galley organization
Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards onboard
Adapt menus and service style for both guest trips and crew meals
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests and crew
Ideal Candidate:
Professional, organised, and adaptable
Strong time management and provisioning skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Driving licence
It Will be a very busy season as we have 5 charters already booked, so we are looking for someone who can jump straight into the role as our season starts on the mid of April
