✔️Seeking FIRST MATE for 30m Performance Cruising Sailing Yacht
(This vessel is not an Oyster)
We are searching for an enthusiastic, professional and hard working crew member to join our team as First Mate
Big boat sailing experience is essential, plus good deck management and maintenance skills, confident watch leader, well organised and happy to get involved throughout the boat to enhance the team. Good engineering knowledge and experience is also necessary
The yacht is Mediterranean based for the summer and runs a commercial programme of charters and owner trips throughout the season
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious first mate, who is looking to gain hands on experience on a 30m performance sailing yacht
There is also a Chef vacancy so will consider Mate & Chef couples
Required qualifications:
Yachtmaster or above
STCW
ENG1
Starting ASAP – Good Industry standard salary and package for the right candidate
