A 42m J Class sailing yacht is seeking a permanent Deckhand to join the crew due to an internal promotion.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established program, working alongside an experienced crew and owner, which is apart of a wider fleet.
Candidate Requirements:
• Strong sailing background
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Confident driving 35–40ft tenders/chase boats
• Experience sailing performance yachts is a plus
We also have a 47ft daysailer, which is actively sailed by the crew.
Itinerary:
• Summer 2026: East Coast USA
• Winter: Caribbean
Essential Qualifications:
• B1/B2 visa or legal right to work in the USA
• STCW
• ENG1
• Valid driving license
Package:
• Competitive salary
• Start date is ASAP in Antigua
