İş Tanımı
I am looking for a male second chef / deck crew member for our 57-meter yacht. When guests are on board, he will work in the galley alongside the (male) chef. When there are no guests, he will assist on deck. We usually cruise in Europe with guests during July and August for about one and a half months. In Dubai, from around December 10 until January 15, guests typically come on board for dinner but do not stay overnight. So, for approximately three months per year, he will work in the galley with and assist the chef. Outside of this period, he will support the deck team. I am looking for a male sous chef who can fulfill this dual role.
