* Facial and body treatments, including wellness rituals, delivered in accordance with luxury spa standards
* Beauty and aesthetic services, including professional skin care treatments
* Strong consultation skills to personalize treatments and recommend appropriate services and product
* In-depth knowledge of premium spa products, equipment, and professional treatment protocols
* Strong customer service and communication skills
