Chief Stewardess | 50m Motor Yacht – Benetti

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for our 50m Benetti motor yacht. In this permanent role you will be responsible for managing the interior operations of the yacht maintaining service standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the interior crew (stewards/stewardesses) and coordinate daily operations.
• Maintain guest cabins, common areas, and service standards at a high level.
• Organize and execute guest experiences during both charter and private itineraries.
• Coordinate menus, service, events, and special requests.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards aboard the yacht.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of charter experience as a Chief Stewardess or in a similar role on luxury yachts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and yacht standards.
