A 70m+ private motor yacht operating a dual-season program is currently searching for a Deckhand to join the team on a 3:1 rotational schedule.
The yacht operates a well-structured private program with a strong emphasis on professionalism, crew longevity, and maintaining high operational standards.
Industry-standard salary (DOE) and great long-term career progression.
Role Overview:
The successful crew member will support the deck department with day-to-day exterior maintenance, tender operations, and assisting with all deck-related tasks under the direction of the Bosun and Officers.
This position is well suited to a motivated and enthusiastic Deckhand who is focused on building a long-term career within the yachting industry and eager to develop their skills onboard a larger vessel.

Requirements:
Candidates should ideally hold a Yachtmaster Offshore in hand, and a practical or trade background would be considered a strong advantage.
European-based crew will be preferred.The ideal crew member will be motivated, career-focused, and committed to progression within the industry.
