3rd Stewardess

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Stewardess to join a 47m private motor yacht with a supportive and professional interior team of three.
This role is ideal for a junior stew who takes pride in immaculate housekeeping standards and is happy to step into service when required.
Position Details
Private 47m Motor Yacht
Winter base: Bodrum
Start date: Second week of March 2026
Interior team of 3
Rotation: 3 to 1
Salary: 3,500 euro/month
Candidate Requirements
Europe-based with valid Schengen visa or European residency
Minimum 1 year of yachting experience
Confident covering back-of-house duties, including:
Housekeeping
Laundry and garment care
Organised, efficient, and detail-focused
Willing to assist with service during busy periods and do late nights from time to time
Positive attitude and eagerness
Flexible and professional during extended owner use hence the rotation proposed
Due to the owner’s language preferences, candidates who speak Russian or Turkish will not be prioritised
IMPORTANT: willing to share a cabin with a male deck crew, sadly we can’t propose otherwise DTCA
