We are looking for a yacht instructor to prepare adult students for the ISSA Inshore Skipper exam. We need someone with real-world sailing experience who can teach calmly and systematically to ensure confident independence in boat handling, not just ‘ clocking hours’.

Location: Gdańsk
Water area with direct access to the bay.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct practical and theoretical lessons
– Prepare according to ISSA Inshore Skipper program
– Work on maneuvers: turns, mooring, anchor-setting, man-overboard, engine-handling, and anchoring
– Control safety and boat state

Requirements:
– Active yacht patent (Inshore or equivalent)
– SRC certificate
– Fluency in Russian and knowledge of Polish maritime terminology
– Experience in teaching from scratch
– Responsibility and calm work style

Preference: Yacht racing license (Żeglarz Jachtowy) – an advantage.
