✔️Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position: Title: DECKHAND for a 44m private and charter motor yacht. Employment Type: Temporary (potential to go permanent). Salary: TBC with Captain. Location: Mediterranean. Vessel Details: We’re currently recruiting for a Temporary Deckhand (with the view of turning permanent) to join before the 1st of March for a well known 44m private and charter motor yacht! Temporary contract running until the 30th of April, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Industry standard salary on offer (DOE), with scope for increase depending on qualifications and experience.
Role Overview: Hands-on Deckhand position supporting day-to-day deck operations within an established crew. Opportunity suited to a motivated candidate looking to prove themselves with potential to secure a longer-term position. Well-suited to someone confident working in a structured team environment. Requirements: Minimum one season’s experience onboard; Yachtmaster considered a strong advantage and reflected in salary. Must hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand. Start date: before the 1st of March!
