Captain Position – Luxury Catamarans

We are seeking a highly qualified Captain for the following vessels:
– Fontaine Pajot 70 (FP70)
– New-build Lagoon 83 ft (delivery upcoming)
Operational area: Balearic Islands (Summer Season) and Red Sea (Winter Season).
Minimum Requirements:
– Minimum 5–7 years of command experience on 70–85 ft luxury yachts (catamaran experience preferred)
– Proven track record in high-end charter operations
– Valid Master 200GT / 500GT (or equivalent commercially endorsed license)
– Full STCW certification, valid ENG1 medical, and all compliance documents up to date
– Strong knowledge of ISM, safety management procedures, and charter regulations
– Extensive navigation experience in the Balearic Islands; Red Sea operational knowledge is a strong advantage
– Advanced passage planning, weather routing, and voyage management skills
– Solid understanding of yacht systems (electrical, hydraulic, watermakers, generators, propulsion systems)
– Marine engineering background or hands-on technical troubleshooting capability highly desirable
– Experience with new-build delivery and shipyard supervision is a plus
– Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous
– Strong leadership, crew management, budgeting, and maintenance planning skills
– Professional references and documented sea service required
