We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join a private catamaran charter cruising through the Lesser Antilles from March 4 to March 28.
This is a private corporate retreat at sea, designed with care and intention. The onboard atmosphere will be relaxed yet elevated, with a strong emphasis on quality and discretion.

Our guests are internationally active individuals operating at an exceptional level in the world of sport and exploration – people accustomed to discipline, performance, and meaningful experiences. The charter will remain private and curated to ensure a refined yet natural environment throughout the journey.
A small film crew will accompany part of the voyage to document the experience in an authentic, lifestyle format.
We are therefore looking for someone comfortable with a camera presence in the background and able to naturally engage within a social onboard setting.
Position Overview
Preferred Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience living and/or working in the Caribbean
Strong knowledge of local produce, suppliers, and provisioning logistics
Familiarity with marinas, anchorages, and reliable sourcing points in the region
Ability to work with seasonal and locally available ingredients
Positive, adaptable personality with strong team spirit
We are looking for someone who not only delivers high-quality cuisine but also becomes a natural and easygoing member of the crew — contributing to the overall atmosphere of the journey.
Compensation Paid position: To be agreed directly with the charter owner, depending on experience and scope of responsibilities.
